Recently, we have developed 2 Expression Engine addons to integrate the freeform contact module to Sugar CRM system. When a freeform based contact form is filled up all the information is copied to sugar crm's contact module via a soap interface. Same happening with the Registration module.
When a registration form is submitted after doing a proper validation all the information is copied into Sugar CRM's contact module via a sugar's soap Interface. You can add as many as custom field you want to the system and system will work seamlessly.
